Terms & Conditions – Refund & Payment Policy

At My Tika, we believe in maintaining transparency and fairness across all services offered through our vaccination booking platform. This policy explains how payments, refunds, and service-related concerns are handled. We request all users to review the terms carefully before confirming a booking.

Service Charges

  • • Most vaccination bookings offered through My Tika are free of charge, in line with applicable government guidelines.
  • • In certain cases, such as private facilities or specialized vaccination services, a service or processing fee may apply.
  • • Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed before you complete the payment.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be reviewed and approved under the following circumstances:

  • • Duplicate or Incorrect Payments: If a user is charged more than once for the same booking.
  • • Unsuccessful Booking: If payment is completed but the appointment is not confirmed.
  • • Service Cancellation: If My Tika or the assigned healthcare provider cancels the service after confirmation.
  • • System or Technical Issues: If a technical error prevents the successful processing of your booking after payment.

Please Note: Refunds are generally not applicable for cancellations initiated by the user or missed appointments unless explicitly stated otherwise.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please email us at mytika.in@gmail.com with the following information:

  • • Full Name
  • • Booking or Appointment ID
  • • Scheduled Date and Time
  • • Reason for the refund request
  • • Proof of payment (receipt or transaction screenshot)

Once received, we will review the request and, if approved, process the refund within 7–10 working days to the original payment source.

Cases Where Refunds Are Not Applicable

Refunds will not be provided in situations including but not limited to:

  • • Failure to attend the scheduled appointment without prior notice
  • • Incorrect details provided by the user resulting in service denial
  • • Last-minute cancellations where rescheduling is not feasible
  • • Minor delays or service disruptions that do not affect vaccination delivery

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be credited back to the same payment method used during booking. Processing timelines may vary depending on banks or payment service providers, and My Tika is not responsible for such external delays.
